Our passion and hard work have resulted in the creation of OKYALOS, one of the leading fish-inspired Group of Restaurants in Greece, featuring four different yet related brands: PAPAIOANNOU RESTAURANT, ARMYRA BY PAPAIOANNOU, BARBOUNAKI BY PAPAIOANNOU and OUZERI BY PAPAIOANNOU.

GIORGOS PAPAIOANNOU & DIMOS STASINOPOULOS
OKYALOS was created by Giorgos Papaioannou and Restaurateur Dimos Stasinopoulos; Giorgos Papaioannou is the founding member who provides his talented culinary skills and Dimos Stasinopoulos is the partner who brings with him extensive experience and expertise derived from owning and managing over thirty outlets during the past decade.
The two partners became increasingly passionate about creating an independent Restaurant Group brand offering the highest level of service combined with unique tastes that would have Greece as a starting point, with an international growth orientation.
Our people are the heart and soul of OKYALOS. We all share the same passion for authenticity by offering warm Mediterranean hospitality, and we focus on building strong relationships with our guests.
